The Sons of the American Revolution (SAR), in partnership with Henry Repeating Arms, introduces the Henry Big Boy SAR 250th Anniversary First Continental Congress Edition Lever-Action Rifle. The First Continental Congress Edition is a celebration of the First Continental Congress that took place September 5 to October 26, 1774. This Henry rifle is built using the Henry Big Boy H006GM platform. The polished hardened brass receiver features the SAR logo engraved on the left side, while a scene of Independence Hall is engraved on the right side. The American walnut butt stock is engraved with the SAR logo, and the forearm is engraved with the text “First Continental Congress 1774”. This rifle is chambered in .357 Magnum and includes a side loading gate and a 10-round tubular magazine. The 20″ blued steel octagon barrel with a 1:16 rate of twist is topped with a fully adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight and brass bead front sight. Transfer bar safety. Receiver is drilled and tapped for a scope mount.
