The Savage 12 Long Range Precision Bolt-Action Rifle is offered as part of Savage’s series of specialty rifles; this one is specifically designed for long range shooting. The Long Range Precision comes with a HS Precision fiberglass stock with an aluminum bedding block, and a 26″ heavy-contoured, fluted, free-floated barrel that all work in unison for a stable platform, resulting in consistent accuracy. The receiver is drilled and tapped for installing optic sights. The 12 Long Range Precision bolt-action rifle features Savage’s red Target AccuTrigger that can be adjusted finer than the standard AccuTrigger. A 3-position safety allows the chamber to be loaded and unloaded with the safety engaged. The entire rifle features a non-reflective matte finish that blends into the shadows in urban and natural environments.
