This block is then placed within a mold, where both mold sides are manually reinforced using Kevlar, fiberglass, and carbon fiber to ensure enhanced durability. Subsequently, the mold is infused with a special blend of dense polyurethane foam. Lastly, the stock undergoes meticulous hand-finishing to assure its flawless condition and suitability for your unique requirements.
