Although the barrel is only 14.5″ long this upper comes with the ZEROED SVD brake pinned and welded to the end bringing the total length to 16.1″ allowing the use of stocks and braces without having to SBR anything. Utilizing our patent pending direct impingement Compact Action DISSENT upper groups house the entire action and recoil assembly in the upper receiver resulting in less bulk and length than traditional ARs. The forward non-reciprocating side charger allows for quick bolt operation without coming off target. Direct impingement DISSENTS come equipped with a left side charger standard. All DISSENT Upper groups include a lower receiver end plate and choice of adapter including: 1913 Picatinny rail buffer tube adapter or DISSENT folding stock.
