The Trijicon SkeetIRx Micro is a highly sensitive, highly compact thermal monocular with long range detection and multiple applications. Unlike night vision devices that need background light to function, the SkeetIRx can detect objects in complete darkness. It comes equipped with an uncooled microbolometer sensor, capable of detecting heat-signatures up to 900 meters away, and project them on a 640×480 display. As with all Trijicon OASYS products, the SkeetIRx features an intuitive, user-friendly interface to minimize training requirements and make operation as straight-forward as possible. In addition, it’s small, lightweight design enables it to be used as a handheld or helmet mounted observation device, but is powerful enough to be used as a weapon mounted thermal rifle scope.
