The Sharp-Tail is an evolution of CZ USA’s popular Ringneck double-barrel shotgun, and features a variety of upgrades including a smaller overall profile and a modernized construction. These enhancements include a precision CNC-machined receiver with independent free-floating firing pins. The pins are operated by coil springs rather than leaf springs, and feature redesigned sears. These improvements translate to a significantly longer service life and greater consistency. Like its predecessor, the Sharp-Tail’s receiver is color case hardened – not only does this provide excellent resistance to the elements, but also gives the gun a sophisticated appearance reminiscent of early side-by-side shotguns. In addition, the Sharp-Tail utilizes a single selectable trigger, allowing the shooter to choose which barrel fires first, and is available in multiple gauges.
