Every component forward of the receiver has been engineered to reduce weight and preserve natural balance, even with a suppressor installed. The result is a highly maneuverable platform that maintains quick handling characteristics and fast follow-up shot capability. At the heart of the HUSH Series is a match-grade 416R stainless steel barrel wrapped in a tension-loaded carbon fiber sleeve produced in collaboration with BSF Barrels of Delavan, Wisconsin. This advanced design creates a substantial air gap between the steel barrel and carbon fiber wrap, reducing weight while improving heat dissipation and temperature stability. As barrel temperatures increase during extended shooting sessions, both materials expand together to help maintain accuracy and long-term performance. A lightweight skeletonized aluminum forearm further reduces overall weight while providing excellent strength and M-LOK compatibility for accessory mounting. A receiver-mounted Picatinny rail constructed with advanced forged carbon fiber technology offers a durable, lightweight platform for optics.
