BSF BARRELS SF3IYT0262 223 Rem 20-Inch Button Rifled Carbon Fiber Bolt-Action Barrel 1:8 Twist

Product Description The BSF BARRELS SF3IYT0262 is a precision bolt-action rifle barrel chambered in 223 Rem (.22 caliber), featuring a 20-inch length and a 1:8″ twist rate engineered for outstanding long-range accuracy. BSF Barrels uses a proprietary jacketing method in which a 416R stainless steel match barrel is precisely turned down and then jacketed with a roll-wrapped carbon fiber sleeve loaded under tension. Unlike conventional carbon fiber wrapping that can trap heat and cause delamination, this tension-loaded approach keeps the rifling straighter as the barrel heats up, ensuring shot-to-shot consistency even during extended range sessions. The carbon fiber sleeve is specially engineered to expand at the same rate as 416R stainless steel, fully eliminating delamination risk. The result is a button-rifled barrel that delivers superior stiffness and strength while maintaining an exceptionally lightweight profile, making it a top choice for precision shooters and competitors seeking performance without added weight.
