BSF BARRELS 223 Rem 22″ Carbon Fiber Bolt-Action Barrel 1:7 Twist Button Rifled SF3IYT0271

Product Description The BSF BARRELS SF3IYT0271 is a premium 22-inch bolt-action barrel chambered in .223 Remington, purpose-built for precision shooters who demand both accuracy and weight savings. BSF constructs this barrel by first precision-turning a 416R stainless steel match-grade core and then jacketing it under tension in a roll-wrapped carbon fiber sleeve. This jacketing-under-tension method keeps the rifling straighter as the barrel heats up, delivering consistent shot-to-shot accuracy during extended range sessions. The carbon fiber used is engineered to expand at the same rate as 416R stainless steel, eliminating delamination concerns and ensuring a durable, long-lasting build. With a 1:7 twist rate and button-rifled bore, this barrel is optimized for stabilizing heavier .22-caliber projectiles, making it an excellent choice for competitive or tactical bolt-action platforms. A standard 5/8×24 thread pattern accommodates most suppressors and muzzle devices. Product Highlights 416R Stainless Steel Match Core: Precision-turned match-grade stainless steel provides exceptional accuracy and corrosion resistance. Roll-Wrapped Carbon Fiber Jacket Under Tension: Keeps the barrel rigid as it heats, maintaining straighter rifling and superior stiffness at a dramatically reduced weight. Button-Rifled Bore with 1:7 Twist: Optimized for stabilizing heavier .22-caliber projectiles in .223 Remington chambering. 5/8×24 Thread Pattern: Compatible with the most popular muzzle devices and suppressors on the market. Lightweight Performance at 41.10 oz: Achieves a balance of stiffness, strength, and weight savings ideal for field and competition use.
