The Cold Steel Bushman Fixed Blade Knife is likely one of strongest hollow-handled survival knives available. Because the Bushman is made from a single piece of SK-5 High Carbon Steel there are no seams or welds to weaken the design. After being heat treated and tempered, the Cold Steel Bushman Knives have been tested with over two tons of pressure on the handle/blade transition. The Bushman features a wide, Drop point blade with a continuously curved cutting edge that is ideal for all types of camp chores. On all Bushman knives, the cutting edge is ground extremely thin and then honed and hand-buffed until it is razor sharp.
