The Snort Wheeze: An aggressive call given by a buck challenging the dominance of another buck. The call is produced as a rapid series of air bursts from the nostrils and is accompanied by aggressive posturing. A snortwheeze begins with a series of quick sneeze-like sounds followed by a long drawn out wheeze created as air is forced from constricted nostrils.
