This rod holder tube is constructed out of black plastic with a white flange that features a smooth matte finish. Measures approximately 37 1/4 H x 3 1/4 Dia. overall with an approximate 2 3/8 Dia. opening. Requires an approximate 2 3/4 Dia. cutout. There are (2) 3/16 Dia. mounting holes.
