Sheldon’s Aglia Flashabou Spinnerbait – The Mepps Aglia Flashabou combines the vibration and flash of a classic Mepps Aglia blade with a highly reflective, hand-tied flashabou tail for attractive, shimmering action in the water. The rule of thumb is use smaller lures to catch smaller fish and larger lures to catch larger fish, however, size #5 Aglias are also known to be a great musky producer! Size #1 and #2 Dressed Aglias in size #1 and #2 are perfect for larger stream trout and large bluegills, sunfish and crappies. Size #2 Aglias are also excellent for smallmouth bass and walleye. Size #3 and #4 Mepps Aglias in sizes #3 and #4 are preferred by largemouth bass fishermen. Size #5 Northern and musky pike will be quick to nail a #5 Aglia Flashabou in either double or single-blade configurations as it produces exceptional flash over weeds and structure.
