The PENN Carnage III rods are truly in a class of their own. The Ulua rods are specifically designed to combat fishing from the rocks and surf. This 13-foot workhorse is built with heavy duty components. Composite blanks, PacBay Caxin Indestructible guides, Fuji reel seats, and our tough and tacky rubber shrink tube handles prepare angers for any challenge from the surf. Our proprietary SLS3 blank construction provides a very thin diameter blank, while maintaining a lightweight feel which is ideal for heavier boat, jig, surf, and nearshore models.
