The Daiwa 2026 BG LT is a redesigned budget-friendly spinning reel that updates a highly reliable workhorse platform for inshore and light-surf fishing. It features a solid aluminum frame and body cover that maintains structural rigidity under heavy loads ensuring the gears stay aligned when fighting large gamefish. By incorporating a lighter rotor and a solid wire bail the design eliminates rotational vibration for a smoother faster retrieve while the upgraded internal gearing provides increased cranking power.
