Six one, 360 pounds. That’s where Dennis Pridgen weighed in 3.5
years ago. Today, 160 pounds lighter, weighing in at a lean
200 pounds, Dennis has found a rejuvenation for everything he
loves, life and deer hunting. Dennis attributes his
successful weight loss to a popular diet called the ketogenic
diet. A passionate deer hunting and outdoor television
cameraman, Dennis now out paces his fellow hunters and looks at
climbing trees these days as entertaining instead of a
burden. Dennis walks us through how he dropped the 160
pounds in a relatively short amount of time and how the weight loss
has drastically help his career and his ability to hunt.
