The Walter P22 is credited as the world’s first polymer framed rim-fire pistol, and is range-ready directly out of the box. The P22 features a highly ergonomic design, with a cross-directional grip surface and interchangeable backstraps allows it to be customized to the user’s preference. This pistol operates with an exposed hammer and a double-action/single-action trigger, and features a manual thumb safety which blocks the firing pin, as well as an additional safety to prevent accidental discharge if dropped.
