The KIDD .22LR classic receiver is a high-performance aftermarket upgrade, designed for easy integration and customization. Featuring a slip-fit design with industry-standard dimensions, it seamlessly drops into any stock inletted for the Ruger 10/22 without modification. Crafted from durable 6061 T6 aluminum and anodized in either black or clear finishes, this receiver is built for both functionality and longevity. The classic receiver also includes a convenient rear cleaning hole for easy maintenance and offers a proprietary, interchangeable low scope base with adjustable minute of angle (MOA) options. The Zero MOA base is perfect for 50 yd and under, while the 20 MOA base is ideal for long-range shooting at 150 yd and beyond. For optimal performance, KIDD recommends pairing the receiver with a KIDD trigger. You also have the option to customize the receiver with receiver pins, a bolt buffer, and/or a rear tang. The KIDD upgraded bolt buffer helps reduce felt recoil, while the rear tang enhances rifle stability (requires minor stock inletting – see installation instructions). Additionally, the interchangeable scope base design allows for multiple adjustments. If you’re planning to switch between different shooting distances, such as from 25 yd to 150 yd, you can easily swap out the scope base to accommodate the new range.
